Hi there! I am Sage Isabella, founder of Simply Sage Studio, where body positive instruction builds towards strong flexible movement. I offer group classes, courses, and private instruction on all things flexibility and pole dance.

Training should make sense! I breakdown sensations, points of contact, and muscle groups engaged so that you leave class stronger, more confident, and with a deeper understanding of your body and its capabilities.
